The Los Angeles Immigration Court, formerly located at 606 S. Olive in Los Angeles, California, has relocated. The Immigration Court at the 606 S. Olive location closed on April 17, 2024.
The new Los Angeles Immigration Court location is now at 5245 Pacific Concourse Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90045. Your case could be reassigned to this new location or to the Van Nuys location. The court will decide where the case is assigned, so it's important to review your court hearing notice. Your attorney can confirm your court's location.
If you do not have an attorney, please contact us ; our office can help. The new location will be called the West Los Angeles Immigration Court and will open for filings and phone calls beginning April 30, 2024. Court hours will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you have an attorney, any documentation you have provided to them can be filed at this location beginning on that date.
The court has indicated that it will mail rescheduled court hearings with sufficient notice. If you live in this area, please keep an eye on your regular mail, as this is how the court will notify you which court you should appear in, or contact your attorney. Be sure to check your court appearance notice to ensure you appear at the correct location, or contact your attorney to confirm your address.
